Body
Our bodies are the most valuable item we possess. Really think about it for a moment... When can you ever go somewhere without yourself? Never , I know it sounds crazy, but we must realize that we only get one. Therefore we must take the time to maintain our bodies. We need to nourish our bodies with healthy foods, exercise, and rest. My sister always say that you are what you eat, so never be cheap, fast or fake. We have become so accustomed to the fast life that often we grab and go. Never really thinking of the effects that a bad diet can have on my bodies. Exercise is vital for a healthy body because it provides a great outlet for stress as well as working muscles. Just like anything else the more it stays dormant the harder it will be to get it active. Rest is so very important to our physical bodies! Sleep allows for rejuvenation not only of the mind but the body. Let's make a decision to purposely care for our bodies.
