How to feel beautiful

What makes you feel beautiful?

True beauty:  it's what's on the inside that counts.

Hair, make up, nails and clothing are all just extra things that can fade away. Dressing up and doing things that make you feel good is a great way to reward yourself, but ultimately its your heart that makes you beautiful.

Too often we are caught up by what the media defines as beauty. Most of these images are airbrushed and very altered by the time we see them, that's not to say that some celebrates aren't truly beautiful but I am saying don't compare yourself to anyone else.

 You were created Unique and Beautiful. Love yourself and let the light on the inside of you shine!

Stress Free

Stress can be a horrible disease that effects the body in many ways. There are 2 types of stress  normal stress and bad or harmful stress.

Normal stress are things that we can learn and grow from.

Bad stress may occur from different situations but it effects the body in a damaging way some symptoms are migraines, head aches, loss of sleep, weight loss and weight gain,  body pains and even high blood pressure just to name a few.

Stress has to be dealt with. Prolonged bad stress can cause major health problems like stroke and heart attack.

If you notice negative stress in your life address it instantly. We can overcome stress by evaluating our situation, speaking with a trusted friend or family member, and speak with your primary care doctor.

Swimming

Summer time is the best time to go swimming.

What's better than to be outside on a beautiful sunny day sitting poolside? 

 How about getting in the pool to cool off and shed some pounds.

Not only is swimming tons of fun, its also healthy!

Swimming  is a great exercise it can burn anywhere from 550-650 per hour.

Even if you can not swim general exercise in water will burn more calories than a typically workout session.

Purple,Yes you read that right. purple lips are so in right now a leap in to the fashion world.
