When asked how are you... We typically have the same programmed response.. I"m fine, I'm well, doing OK or I'm so mad, barley making it every day is a struggle. What if I asked how do you feel?.... With a little more thought, most people would still respond the same way.. How often do we answer these questions without really thinking about our answer?
Our feelings can change quickly because we are emotional beings. The thing most people do not realize is that we have the power to control our feelings.. Yeah you make think easier said than done, but it can happen. A natural response of I'm doing well is OK, but what if your not OK, did you just lie? What if your actually having a wonderful day did, you just lie? There is nothing wrong with a short conversation but what if our joy is contagious! What if we say I'm fabulous thank you so much for asking . How about yourself? If that person is down and out encourage them. We have the ability to not only change our feeling but we can encourage others as well. Emotions have been scientifically proven to be contagious! So lets spread some love, Peace, Joy Happiness :)

Water
Water your life!
Are you aware that we are mostly composed of water? Water is so vital to our overall health. We've all heard that we should drink 8 glasses of water a day. Recently I've spoken with a few doctors who say that 8 glasses of water a day is a good starting place but it may not be enough. So how much water is enough? Take your current weight and divide it by 2.. that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking at day(at least). For example if your 200 pounds.. 200/2=100 therefore you should be drinking at least 100oz or 12 and a half cups of water a day. If your a very active person you should drink more!
Why is water so important?
Because our bodies are about 60% water, drinking water helps to keep our bodies functioning properly while looking and feeling great.
Calorie control, if you are seeking to lose weight or maintain your current weight water is a great aid.
Water keeps your skin looking healthy
Water keeps toxins out of your system
How can you drink the recommended amount of water?
Do it purposely. Set reminders around your home like sticky notes, keep a water bottle at your desk while working and begin every meal with 2 glasses of water. You'll make your goal in no time.
Next time your thirsty reach for the water! its good for you!

InsideOUT
I remember as a child I would mistakenly put my clothing on the wrong way. My mother would tell me I had my shirt on Inside out, then she'd place my clothing back on correctly.
What if we could be seen Inside out?
What would people see if your thoughts, feelings and emotions could be placed on display just as easy as your physically appearance? It is so very important that we invest in the care of our spiritual bodies as well as we care for our physically bodies. To often you see very physically attractive people with the ugliest attitudes. What's on the inside will eventually come out. We must seek to be healthy in our emotions. Treat others the way we would like to be treated. You may never know the impact that a simple smile, kind word or nice gesture could have on someone's life. Just imagine yourself inside out I guarantee you'll view the world differently.
