Laugh Often

Live Laugh love!

There are so many major benefits to the simple act of laughing.

We laugh when something is funny, but have you ever thought about what is actually happening to your body as you LOL.

Laughing has similar effect as exercising because it increases the heart rate.  There are exercise classes where people just laugh intentionally in addition to aerobics.

Laughing can reduce stress levels. Have you ever been upset with someone and they do something silly and you completely forget what you were mad about? I have plenty of times. The laughter over powers the anger.

Laughing also helps boost your immune system by releasing antibodies that help to fight off infections.

Laugh Often. LOL :)
