Waist training?
The new weight lost trend. Does it work? is it safe?
Waist training is the act of working out and wearing a corset typically all day long. The corset is said to make the body appear more feminine and curvy and it actually helps with your posture.
The questions arising.. does it works... it looks like the answer is yes, but it is a game of patience it will not happen over night. typically 3 months to see results.
How safe is it? The rumors are that the corset can actually damage the internal organs... rumors are true doctors say that the waist training can actually cause deformation of the stomach, liver and lungs and can cause trouble breathing because of lung constriction.
We all want the quick fix, but unfortunately I don think the possible risks are worth it,
